TERMS & CONDITION / RETURN POLICY (IMPORTANT! MUST READ)

♥ Everything is Ready Stock. Unless stated "Pre-Order".

♥ SERIOUS BUYER only!

♥ Please do not ask, requires more pictures & more measurement etc etc with an excuse that you're so serious in buying and then MIA. All the photos & measurement as well as the details are in the listing. BE RESPONSIBLE!

♥ Payment MUST be made in 2 days time from the date of invoice sent or you'd be blacklisted & the item will be sold to another buyer. If you need time extention, pls email or sms to inform me.

♥ Although we offer the fastest respond, service & delivery but please don't expect us to send out your parcel immediately after you've made your payment (especially buyers who paid last minute before the invoice expired). Take note that we do not carry the stocks in our car around the town! Be reasonable.

♥ Please ask before you submit Order Form if you have questions. Order Form submitted is FINAL.

♥ All our clothes are BRAND NEW (unless stated the other way) and NEVER WORN BY ANYONE BEFORE even during photo shooting. You can be assure of the quality & hygienic.

♥ All accessories are NOT included unless stated so in the description.

♥ Colour of the product may vary from the real item due to monitor resolution display, camera resolution and lighting.

♥ Goods sold are not RETURNABLE (the team will check the item's conditions another time before sending it out) or EXCHANGEABLE (read thruly or ask first before buying).

♥ If you insist to return / exchange the item with us (once agreed by us), the cost of postage for sending back to us AND for us to send you the new item will be paid by the buyer. No parcel will be re-send out beforehand. Refund will only be made upon receiving the returned item. I need to check the item before refunding. You must send back the item to me by the next day otherwise NO refund / exchange will be entertained after that.

♥ We will not hesitate to "advertise" you should you torn the clothes yourself in any sort of event and puts the blame on us and ask for a refund or exchange. My price is already the lowest among zillions of the blogshop available so pls don't use this as another opportunity to force me for a charity or taking advantages of me. I know the items condition very well before I send out cause I QC myself. So don't treat me as another st*pid seller.

♥ All items will be sealed and packed securely and seller are not responsible for lost and damage of parcel that happens in the post office or during delivery process.

♥ We appreciate that you do not back out after ordering especially when we have given you our banking details. SERIOUS BUYER ONLY!

♥ For restockable items, payment MUST be made on the same day upon ordering.

♥ Seller remains the right to cancel the order in the event that the item is sold elsewhere.

♥ All promotion is subject to seller's discretion.

♥ I don't provide COD.

♥ Reservation is valid for 3 days to 1 week. However, a deposit of RM10 is required.
